Thrill Factory's activities are run by trained professionals with proper equipment and established safety systems. The bungee uses both a water splash zone and an air bag below. The SCAD uses a precisely measured net. Every harness is fitted by staff before each activity. This is not a pop-up operation — it is a serious adventure facility.
That said, there are conditions that genuinely prevent participation, and hiding them does not make anyone safer — it just creates unnecessary risk. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, back or neck injuries, or are pregnant, these activities are not suitable for you. The health declaration at registration is not a formality. Fill it in honestly.
A few practical things worth knowing: wear closed sports shoes, not sandals or flip-flops. Remove loose jewellery and accessories before your activity. Do not arrive after drinking alcohol — you will not be allowed to participate. And please, eat something light a couple of hours before — not a full meal, but do not show up on an empty stomach either.

When to Visit
October to March is the sweet spot. The weather is clear, the air is cool and crisp on the platform, and the mountains in the background are at their most dramatic. This is also peak season, so book your slots in advance — especially on weekends and around public holidays.
